Beer Description
This pale ale is 100% oak fermented with our house Brettanomyces blend, Machine Gun Funk. Loads of black currants were introduced at the end of fermentation for a mouth watering black currant flavor. Strong fruit forward flavors fresh while it picks up more Brett funk the longer it ages.
