Beer Description
This collaboration with our friends in San Francisco, Alpha Acid is a high octane Weizenbock that has nestled in bourbon barrels for many months mellowing the yeast characteristics whilst amplifying a deep oak richness only whiskey barrels can provide. Aromas of vanilla bean, bananas foster with walnuts, cinnamon teddy grahams lay upon flavors of a banana split, cherries and bourbon. Great served between 45-55 degrees Fahrenheit with your favorite pie.
