This is it. Berliner Tradition, neugebraut. With our Berliner Weisse, we are reviving obscure, almost forgotten brewing techniques to recreate an old local favorite style. No bells and whistles in this beer, only barley, wheat, minimal hops and unconventional sour fermentation. You don’t even need a Schuss here. Atop the mild pilsner malt backbone expect a discreet lemon aroma, complimenting the pleasant sour taste. To fully appreciate the depth of the richer peachy flavors, you just need to drink more.
