Beer Description
We started with British barley, oats, and chocolate wheat malt for a luscious, silky base porter and then added a ton of cocoa powder and nibs.
Inspired by a childhood dream, we set out to create a chocolate river of our own. We started by constructing a pillowy vessel of British barley, oats, and chocolate wheat malt for a luscious, silky base porter. We then temporarily converted our brewery into a veritable chocolate factory, adding cocoa powder and nibs at nearly every stage of the brewing process.
