Tart, and raspberry forward with supporting toast and cacao nib layers.
We wanted to release a special beer for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we decided to imperialize one of our favorites, Raspberry Blush. So, we bumped the abv, doubled the fruit, and added even more coffee. Tart, and raspberry forward with supporting toast and cacao nib layers. Medium-light body from the added malt holds up the more intense fruiting schedule. Fun!
