Our Onoskelis is an Engligh-American Hybrid barleywine that pours a clear ruby color. The aroma and flavor take the best parts of both English and American aspects of the style. Subtle malt flavor with hints of smoke lead to a bitterness that builds as you drink it. At 11% ABV, the alcoho is very well hidden, making Onoskelis surprisingly drinkable—a demon with beautiful form indeed!
