Beer Description
A hoppy, Northern European red ale. Massive amounts of crystal hops gives the malty red a floral and spicy aroma. Finishes with a malty sweetness, this is second to none.
Aroma – Moderate caramel or toffee. Minor hop presence.
Appearance – Deep red color. Filtered for clarity. White
head and moderate carbonation.
Flavor – Moderate caramel and toffee sweetness with
a slightly roasty finish. The Saaz hops also help give a
crisp, dry finish to balance the sweetness.
