Beer Description
Blended Oak-Aged Dry-Hopped Wild Ale
Tygrisku was a blend of our bubbly creek style quick wild ales with a heavily hopped IPA. The result was a lightly tart and refreshing golden ale that drinks like a Pale ale. WE barrel aged this blend with additional brett strains and this final 4 cask blend was moderately dry hopped for a few weeks in the blending tank before being bottles and fermented for a third time. The layers of young and old hop additions have an ever changing fruit complexity with guava, kiwi, strawberry and lime flavors.
