Alright, class is now in session! We started with a classic German pilsner yeast for a smooth lagered finish. But in typical barebottle style, we added white wheat to amplify the mouthfeel & hopped it with 2
experimental hop varieties, Ariana & Callista for notes of orange blossom, gooseberry, & Japanese citrus. Our brew-fessors give it an A+.
