Barrel aged Brett saison featuring local wheat and pale malt and Mallow Run grape must.
Strive for the best Bottom Vine. This sparkling saison features complex fruity brett character and lingering malty undertones from local wheat and pale malt (Sugar Creek Malt, Lebanon IN). After careful aging in wine barrels, this crimson ale is accented by elegant, jammy and tannic notes of freshly pressed grape must from our friends at Mallow Run Winery. Like a fine wine, this ale will continue to develop with age.
