Our Hefeweizen is a pale and refreshing wheat-based ale that features a unique banana and clove yeast charachter. It has a phenolic aroma due to the yeast strain, that sets it apart from other beers. It is highly carbonated and very lightly hopped. Weissbier is the “breakfast beer” of Southern Germany. DasBrew is proud to present Mean Monkey Hefeweizen, our flagship beer.
