Beer Description
Our imperial IPA is an intensely hoppy but not harsh Imperial IPA. The intense hop character is created by high amounts of bittering and dry hops, resulting in approximately 80 IBUs. A creative mixture of pale, wheat and caramel malt balances the intense hop character and alcohol content, resulting in a continental, as opposed to west coast-style IPA.
