A meld of Rhinegeist’s blonde sour base and a brown ale, aged with a Brettanomyces blend in an oak foeder for 18 months. Light, bright and cosmologically crisp.
String Theory is a Funky Blonde Ale in our Outer Reaches series. This beer starts as a meld of our blonde sour base and a brown ale, and is then aged with a Brettanomyces blend in an oak foeder for 18 months. Light, bright and cosmologically crisp, String Theory leads with a leathery and lightly malty aroma, supported by some tobacco notes and a slightly sweet finish. This brew is a very limited release available draft-only initially, and in 500ml bottles shortly thereafter.
