Beer Description
Our riff on a classic American Pale Ale . The small addition of crystal malt and flaked wheat create biscuity undertones. The slight maltiness drops away to let the Cascade and Idaho 7 hops shine. Notes of grapefruit pith, papaya, orange, and lemon with black tea follow the bready forefront, before finishing hoppy and dry. Brewed in support of the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association. Our Trail Builder also recently won a silver medal in the 2018 California State Fair Commercial Craft Beer Competition!
