Beer Description
We brew the base beer of our award-winning Oblivious Wheat Wine and blend it with our big bold Russian Imperial Stout together with nutmeg, allspice, clove, and cinnamon. We then let it all duke it out in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for an entire year. The victor of this long fermented skirmish becomes the Dark Passenger, or what we enjoy as Flying Buffalo Spiced Strong Ale.
