Beer Description
Fresh Squeezed Tangerines – Peach Cobbler – White Wine
Bru-Tang is our version of a dry brut IPA loaded with Columbus, Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops. This beer explodes with notes of juicy stone fruit, Sauvignon Blanc white wine and fresh squeezed tangerines. We also used Voss Kveik which is a Norwegian farmhouse ale yeast to ferment the beer and it has quickly become one of our favorite strains to use for IPA’s.
