Deluge is Sanitas Brewing’s house sour. Created during the flooding of Boulder in 2013 which happened to be the week we opened our doors to the public. Together, Sanitas Brewing and Deluge weathered the storm and for this reason Deluge and all of its variations have become a staple in our year-round releases. Each one is an expression of our audacious pursuit and passion for creating quality beers, despite all odds.
