Beer Description

With grapefruit, tangerine and lemon peel along with a pinch of chamomile.

We have no shame in our love for Witbiers; sure the one you can get at the baseball stadium is crap, and so is the one at the airport bar, and the one at 7/11, and… you see where we’re going with this. Selfish Bliss is not that Witbier; brewed with loads of soft white wheat, a crisp pilsner malt and the little bit of bitterness needed to balance this Belgian-style Wit comes from a small hop addition and loads of grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon peel. A pinch of chamomile rounds out the citrus punch and bridges it to the earthy lemony notes from a small Indian coriander addition. Already filled with flavor we still opted to finish off Selfish Bliss with a small dry-hop to give it an even more complex and fruity aroma. The best Witbiers in the world are still being brewed in Belgium every day, but if you want to try the Fieldworkiest, Selfish Bliss is the Wit for you.
