Beer Description
We are using Mandarin hops from Germany and using special orange which add Japanese orange taste. We call this special orange Fukure Mikan. This orange were wild mandarin orange which have almost 1500 years history and only cultivated in Tsukuba Mountain near our brewery. Fuku is ’symbol of happiness’ and Kure is ’coming’ and Mikan is orange. So Fukure Mikan means “orange which will bring forth happiness!”
