Bakers Chocolate – Nutty – Dry Cherries
Collaboration with Oswego Brewing Company
Collaboration with Oswego Brewing Co. “A Tale of Two Villages.” This delicious porter is loaded with rich nutty tones from English Maris Otter malt and a light floral touch from East Kent Goldings hops. During the end of fermentation we added freshly toasted bourbon barrel staves and Michigan hickory for a complex roast flavor and aroma.
