Beer Description
There is a first time for everything, and this is our first attemt at this great summer beer. Emmett’s American Wheat is a lively brew, packed with subtle flavors of orange blossom honey, a touch of fresh baked bread, and delicate herbal hops. Wheat malt makes up a good percentage of this recipe, and adsa refreshing tartness to the finish. I can see myself sitting in the beer garden sipping on of these while wondering why we waited so long to brew this beer. Better late than never!
