Beer Description
Quarky Mosaic is a 2018 debut brew and one of the first
draft-only releases in our Outer Reaches series. We took
our scintillating single hopped Pale Ale Mosaic and
introduced it to our good friend Brettanomyces, producing
a complex Brett Pale Ale intensified by fruity esters from
wild yeast and massive notes of orange, mango and berry.
Named for a complex concept in physics, Quarky Mosaic is
a limited, subatomically tasty release.
