Beer Description
For this limited release, we collaborated with Pariah Brewing Company, from San Diego! It was hopped with copious amounts of Galaxy, Citra, Motueka and Mosaic.
For this limited release, we collaborated with Pariah Brewing Company, from San Diego! It was hopped with copious amounts of Galaxy, Citra, Motueka and Mosaic. We used our house yeast for this one along with a healthy dose of flaked wheat and oats for a soft mouthfeel. The resulting beer will pour a hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. Aromatics and flavors of tangerine zest, papaya and mango accompany a slightly dry finish.
