The farmhouse for the IPA drinker, or the IPA for the farmhouse drinker.
We got our hands on some Strata, one of the coolest new hops and thought it would kill as with some Citra for a fun hoppy beer. And then we made a Farmhouse…because Charlie and Dave from Flat Tail love Saison. And we miss hoppy saisons so this “Farmhouse IPA” was born. The farmhouse for the IPA drinker, or the IPA for the farmhouse drinker. People coming together, like we all should during this time of year
