Beer Description
Crisp, snappy and full of bubbles with subtle lemon pith and pear. A fleeting hint of yeast-derived clove and pepper phenol bridge the delicate biscuity malt finish. Utilizes 100% NYS Pilsner malt, Wheat malt and 100% NYS grown hops. Fermented with a yeast imported from Lithuania to create a dry, complex and easy drinking “year-round crusher.”
