This kettle sour was brewed in collaboration with our friends from @3starsbrewing, this #berryboi is made to remind you of when you could kick back in the yard or on the stoop, wriggle your toes in your flip-flops and sip on something that tasted as refreshing as a cool summer breeze. In other words: Fuck Winter – let’s party like it’s Summer Summer Summertime. Pours bright red-purple, with thin white head. Aromas of berries with a hint of tangy tartness. Flavor is all berry, with mild tartness and a dry finish. Brewed with Pilsner malt and wheat. Kettle soured with Lactobacillus. Fermented with ale yeast. Copious Blackberries, Black Currants, Boysenberries and Apricots added during fermentation.
