Beer Description
Dry hopped w/ Azacca and Mosaic hops. Exhibits loads of mango, passion fruit, and pineapple. A late kettle addition of Cascade complements the tropical flavor.
A part of the Braxton Labs Graduate Series – This latest edition to our hazy IPA portfolio is dry hopped twice during fermentation with a total of 3 pounds per barrel of Azacca and Mosaic hops, and exhibits loads of tropical fruit flavor…primarily mango, passion fruit, and pineapple. A late kettle addition of Cascade complements the tropical flavors with notes of grapefruit and orange. A mild lingering sweetness and creaminess due to the use of lactose in this brew makes the beer reminiscent of fresh fruit juice.
