`May 1st is May Day in Europe. Germans celebrate by brewing and drinking this special bock beer to celebrate spring.
Bavarian lager yeast ferments the wort made from Two row, Munich 20, Munich 40, Crystal and Cara-Foam malts balanced by German noble Perle hops. Aromas of toast and caramel lead you to experiencing a medium bodied, tongue coating malt bill with just enough mild bitterness (12 IBU) to balance this truly special seasonal.
