Beer Description
A tip of the cap to our building’s original occupant: a fruit cannery. The Cannery is a traditional Kolsch brewed with Pilsner Malt and a touch of Vienna to add some depth of flavor. Saphir hops play second fiddle to the pilsner malt’s sweetness and gentle honey notes. Light bodied, light colored, and crystal clear, The Cannery is super crushable.
