Named after one of the Triptych partners, SAINT JAMES PLACE, is a strong pale ale formulated with Mosaic and Amarillo hops but fermented with a classic Belgian yeast. The result is notes of pear & spice melded with citrus & tropical fruits. Our beer is a labor of love, and Saint James is the patron saint for laborers, a good fit we’d say.
