Ale with Anise Pickled Cherries
If it aint broken donโt fix it, we all know that and we all love a dignified light sour that has fruit tones hidden through it. Yet here we go lacing more wrinkles of interesting through our simplest sour. Tak s a Highlander Weiss that has pickled cherries blended through and fermented out. Short little passes of licorice, star anise and cinnamon hiding under cherries that are barely there, working as a comfortable team toward the goal of complex quaff-ability Drink Tak because the right amount is best.
