Beer Description
We love Simcoe hops, and donโt use them as much as we should. Until now! Built on a base of German White Wheat and Flaked Oats, we hopped this hazy pale ale aggressively with (you guessed it) Simcoe and a dash of its daughter hop, Mosaic. You will be in a daze at the tropical dank pine notes that dwell within this beer!
