Beer Description

Exclusively for Old Chicago Restaurants – Buddha’s Hand witbier, or wheat beer, is brewed in the Belgian tradition with an American twist. Cascade hops along with a grain bill of Two Row, White Wheat, Caramel 30, Carapils and Torified Wheat afford this ale its 5.5% ABV and 17 IBU’s. What makes the hazy ale so unique is the addition of the fragrant Buddha’s hand citron plant fruit. The tropical fruit is segmented into finger-like sections, resembling the hand of Buddha, and responsible for a crisp, refreshing and lightly citrusy flavor perfect for summer enjoyment.
