Beer Description
Built on a blend of our favorite British base malts, we added a touch of lactose for residual sweetness and 10 gallons of Vermont maple syrup.
We hosted our friends from Lil Beaver brewery in Bloomington, Illinois and we decided to brew this decidedly breakfast themed strong ale. Built on a blend of our favorite British base malts, we added a touch of lactose for residual sweetness and 10 gallons of Vermont maple syrup, because who doesn’t like syrup with their breakfast!? Finally, we conditioned the beer on a big ol’ pile of Coffee Hound coffee beans.
