Beer Description
Spearheaded by the efforts of Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, more
than 1,500 breweries across the US came together to brew one beer,
an IPA, to support those affected by The Camp Fire, now on record as
the most devastating wildfire in California history. With a showcase of
crystal malt, and dry-hopped with Cascade and Centennial, this is a
classic, and welcomed, return to the West Coast IPAs that pioneered
craft beer in the US. We added our Dovetail-y spin to it by using our
Altbier yeast, and giving it a double decoction.
