A Double BRUT IPA which has recent origins from the Bay Area. Expect a dry beer but one that is dominated with loads of hop juiciness and some booziness.
A Double BRUT IPA which has recent origins from the Bay Area. We push this concept further East by eliminating bittering additions and absolutely drown the beer with whirlpool hops. We also dry hop heavily to satisfy our localized obsession with Hops. Expect a dry beer but one that is dominated with loads of hop juiciness and some booziness due to its extreme dryness. There is also a hint of a strawberry aroma and taste coming from the hops. Surprizingly balances for an imperial Brut IPA.
