Beer Description
Barrel aged mixed fermentation Berliner Wiesse. Fruity, herbal, bready, and funky with a balanced sour bite. We tried to adhere to what we believe a 19th century Berliner Wiesse beer would be. Aged in French oak for 6 months and naturally carbonated, this young beer today presents light carbonation with a hint of sweetness.
