Beer Description
Liquid truffle is a chocolate stout brewed with a blend of the finest old world malts to give notes of bread, roast, honey, and of course chocolate. After primary fermentation we introduced an irresponsible helping of cacao nibs from Ghana which impart a smooth dark chocolate character to the beer. Just to add another fun layer of complexity, we blended this chocolate bomb with Raspberry flavorings
