Beer Description
A Dunkelweizen is a dark German wheat beer. Our interpretation uses 3 varieties of wheat including winter red wheat. It has a beautiful red color with rustic wheat flavors balanced by Munich malts and a slight tartness. Fermented with a German wheat yeast providing flavors of banana and clove, similar to a Hefeweizen.
