Crisp, clean and bright – Kölsch is a hybrid brew in that it’s fermented at ale temperatures and then lagered (stored cold like a lager) for an extended period of time. Our Kölsch is brewed with German hops which date back more than 100 years and present with a flowery and spicy aroma.
