Beer Description
We teamed up with our friends at Burnt City to make a Brut IPA based upon the classic champagne cocktail Kir Royale. We hot fermented with Omega’s Hothead Voss yeast down to .5 plato and finished on orange zest and a melange of raspberry and black currant purees to mimic the flavor profile of champagne and Chambord.
