Beer Description
The brewers at Stoudts and Black Forest Brewery teamed up to create a classic brew with a unique twist. We started with an Irish Ale malt base, added a touch of Peat Smoked Malt balanced with fruity Cascade hops & then fermented with Stoudts House Lager yeast. The resulting amber hued Irish Red Lager has a delicate smokiness balanced by a malty, caramel backbone & slight Cascade hop aroma in the finish.
