Beer Description
Our own Chris Claridge created March’s #NewBrewFriday world premiere for his 3rd anniversary with the brewery! Inspired by his love for both hops & history, this 9% IPA showcases the deliciousness of Mosaic hops and gets its name from the Byzantine art form of the same name. The flavor is more fruity then bitter with very little alcohol flavor, making this high gravity unfiltered beauty as dangerous as a Cataphract! Special Release. OG 1088, IBU 65, ABV 9%
