Beer Description
The tradition of using the second runnings of a high gravity wort is nothing new to brewing, so we decided to up the ante a lilβ and double dry hopped the remaining wort from LEON with Galaxy, Motueka, and Kohatu. The result is a refreshing brown ale with notes of toffee, chocolate covered strawberry rhubarb, jam, and plum-like dark fruit.
