An extra soft & fluffy hop saturated experience w/ Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe. Lots of overripe tropical & stone fruit but plenty of citrus to add complexity.
An extra soft and fluffy hop saturated experience featuring the holy trinity of cheater hops: Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. Lots of overripe tropical and stone fruit but plenty of citrus to add complexity.
Definitely a “new New England” style of Hazy IPA as opposed to the more West Coast influenced Vermont hazy IPAs we make like Another Go Round or New Feeling. Note the differences in malt bill, water profile, and gravities.
Appearance: Hazy Yellow
Aroma: Mango, pineapple, tangelo, diesel fuel
Mouthfeel: Medium full, soft and fluffy
Flavor: Yellow tropical and stone fruits, high percentage of high protein malts counterbalanced by a crisp water profile create a crunchy lil launch pad for these great hops.
