Beer Description

A light bodied, very refreshing beer, perfect for rehydrating after a marathon! It’s like Gatorade for adults!

The Samuel Adams Boston 26.2 Brew is a Gose style ale brewed in partnership with the Boston Athletic Association for the first time for the 2012 Boston Marathon, and was exclusively available in select pubs and restaurants along the marathon route in Boston. Gose is an ancient German style, brewed with over 50% wheat, and flavored with coriander and salt. The result is a light bodied, very refreshing beer, perfect for rehydrating after a marathon! It’s like Gatorade for adults!
