Beer Description
Kettle sour with a treatment of strawberry puree, and then fresh rhubarb stalks to create checks and balances on the sweetness.
An ode to both one of the greatest serving Supreme Court Justices of all time, and also a delicious summertime confection that we’re always craving. Rhuberry Ginsberg takes our base kettle sour recipe that we’ve all grown to love and gives it a new treatment of strawberry puree, and then fresh rhubarb stalks to create checks and balances on the sweetness. Working alongside the tartness from the beer, it gives a subtle acidity that doesn’t bite too hard or linger too long. A great beer for an appetizer or desert alike, pair it up with some triple cream brie or vanilla ice cream to really punch it up and bring some fair and equal treatment to ALL of your tastebuds! Give your palate the justice that it’s been craving!
