In an act of pure mistaken celebration, we bring you a beer stronger than our session IPA, yet fascinatingly similar in malt profile.
Some of life’s pleasures are the most simple, as are some of life’s most pleasurable mistakes. The complex act of brewing beer can challenge one’s ability to do some of life’s simplest tasks, such as basic addition or observing that someone hasn’t finished mashing in before one begins milling in the malt for the next batch. In an act of pure mistaken celebration, we bring you a beer stronger than our session IPA, yet fascinatingly similar in malt profile. To spice things up a bit, we’re exploring the brand new hop, Idaho Gem. Dive in and discover complex notes of red Jolly Rancher and pine forest, all wrapped around a soft malt body. It’s simply delicious!
