Unfiltered 2 Row, Crystal, Honey, Chocolate, Caramunich malts & wheat w/ Brown Sugar to boost OG. Hopped w/ Galena, Centennial, Cascade, Chinook & Columbus.
Great Western Premium Two Row (we think), 15, 50-60L Crystal Malts, Honey Malt, Chocolate, Caramunich and Wheat. We also use some Brown Sugar to boost the Original Gravity. The beer is hopped with Galena, Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Columbus. It is unfiltered with an OG of 1.096 and 9.8% ABV. Proprietary Ale Yeast.
