Beer Description
Heavy hop additions of Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra provide notes of orange zest, apricot and mango throughout the aromatics and flavor profile.
We are very fortunate to work in an industry where brewers are constantly collaborating and comparing notes. Our local craft beer scene will only grow if we continue to share technique and improve as a group. For this limited IPA release, our friend Garret Chambers came down to brew with us for the day. This beer pours a hazy orange body crowned by a big white head. Heavy hop additions of Galaxy, Mosaic and Citra provide notes of orange zest, apricot and mango throughout the aromatics and flavor profile.
